ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) will finalize the list of scholarship recipients for Diploma in Associate Engineering before June 30, official sources in the company said Monday.
“The students belonging from Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be selected under the scholarship program in June to encourage them in higher studies,” they told APP.
They informed that the company had invited applications for annual Rs 36,000 scholarship from the students belonging to Balochistan and southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE).
Commenting on the eligibility criteria, they informed that the students attaining the three-year diploma from government and registered private polytechnic colleges, and possessing domiciles of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were being considered for the selection only.
“While, the students who are already availing any other scholarship or financial assistance from any other government or private institution, do not fall in the criteria,” they said
They said the scholarship would be admissible for the session commencing from the year 2016.
