ISLAMABAD: At least 10 persons were reported injured in agas cylinder explosion in Islamabad on Monday morning.
According to rescue sources, a gas cylinder exploded inside a house located in Islamabad’s Sector G-9/2 area due to which 10 people including men, women and three children were wounded, a Private news channel reported. A wall of the house was also damaged.
The explosion was heard in the far flung areas of the federal capital.
Rescue teams arrived at the scene and shifted the blast victims to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) for treatment of their injuries. Two of the injured were reportedly in critical condition.
