Foreign affairs adviser on the foreign policy Sartaj Aziz said due to socio-economic, development and environmental challenges, Pakistan can’t host Afghan refugees.

He expressed these views during his meeting with UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, who called on him in Islamabad.

The Foreign adviser on the foreign policy said, it is pleasant opportunity fro Pakistan to send back Afghan refugees due to political changes in Afghanistan.

However, due to lack of resources the process of sending back refugees is slow. He urged International community to play role in the matter.
