Supreme Court of Pakistan has reserved the decision of Kissan Package Case on Friday.
The hearing of the case was conducted in the SC where fertiliser Lawyer in his arguments said our company is the big producer of furtiliser and our product met the criteria set by the Quality Control Authority.
Justice Qazi Faez Isa said that those companies who got final support were underwent chemical test. This money belong to the people, he said and added they want to see their tax paid money invested in good cause.
Pakistan is an agricultural country, and scientific guidance is requires before starting any project, the judge said.
The court after completing the remarks, reserved the decision on the case which will be announced on the right time.
