LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif has termed the cooperation among the civil administration and military vital for prosperity, peace and stability.
“Pakistan will not be able to prosper unless civil administration and armed forces work in collaboration.”
Addressing a ceremony at CM House in Model Town Lahore on Thursday, Shahbaz Sharif clarified that all the institutions will have to function in order for development of country.
He said that the dream of Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal was still unfulfilled and they needed to be materialized through joint efforts and commitment.
The CM said that the civilian government and army worked together to fight the calamities in the past as well and they can only run the country in cooperation with each other. The system wouldn’t be changed unless each individual brought change in their lives, he added.
