A local court in Islamabad has issued the written decision of Ghazi Abdul Rashid murder case declaring former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf a proclaimed offender in the case on Wednesday.
As per details, Additional District and Sessions Judge Islamabad (West) Parvaizul Qadir Memon wrote the two page judgment of the case.
The court asked Musharraf’s advocate “Despite arrest warrants, how did the accused managed to travel abroad.”
Parvaizul Qadir Memon said the court had already dismissed exemption from appearance plea of Musharraf.
In these circumstances, the court is declaring Musharraf a proclaimed offender in the case.
