JAFFARBAD: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Jahanzaib Khan Kakar has allegedly committed suicide inside his office in Jaffarabad district of Balochistan on Monday.
As per details, Jahanzaib Kakar was speaking on a phone when he placed a 9mm pistol on his head and pulled the trigger.
Following the incident, Deputy Commission Jaffarabad Javed Anwar Shahwani and Naseerabad Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Sharjeel Kharal arrived at the scene.
SSP’s office was sealed and his mobile phone and pistol was taken into custody.
Police told that investigation into the incident is underway.
