According to registrar Supreme Court, CJP has refused to form the judicial commission to probe Panama paper which reveals links of high level personalities with offshore companies.

The registrar also informed secretary law with the decision.

The sources said Anwar Zaheer Jamali has asked government to amend the proposed Terms of References (ToRs) for establishment of a judicial commission to investigate into the allegations based on Panama Papers, written off loans and other money laundering accusations beginning from 1947.

It may be mentioned here that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had announced to probe into the revelations contained in the Panama Papers, which claim his children owned London property through an offshore company.
