KARACHI: Milk sellers on Saturday increased Rs 5 per liter in milk prices, while Commissioner Karachi has directed to take strict action against those selling milk on increased price.
The sellers continued to sell milk at 85 rupees per liter, while people have demanded to take action against illegal profit makers.
Meanwhile, Commissioner Karachi Syed Asif Haider Shah also announced to take strict action against milk sellers over increase in prices.
Commissioner Karachi said the illegal profit maker will be arrested instead of just leaving them with heavy fines.
He appealed the consumers not to pay more than the assigned rates and complain on helpline.
