MOSCOW: A wedding agency has offered armored cars for wedding couples in Russia. Now newlywed could hire an armored car instead of luxury cars for marriage ceremonies . The couple have to pay two thousand dollars rent for it.
Police said that the armored vehicles were considered large equipment and therefore it needed special permission from the authorities. The armored had to keep in contact with police.
