ISLAMABAD: Additional Session Judge Islamabad on Saturday granted 14-day Judicial remand of the male nurse allegedly involved in disabled female patient’s rape case at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).
According to the details, Krishan Kumar was presented before the court of Additional Session Judge Jawad Hussain Adil after expiry of his three-day physical remand.
Special Investigation Unit (SIU) requested the court for further remand of five days but the court ordered to send the culprit on 14-day judicial remand.
