ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq appreciated Turkish support for Kashmir cause at regional and international forums.
He was talking to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Ismail Kahraman at Parliament House in Islamabad on Tuesday.
He said that Pakistan and Turkey were committed to strengthen partnership to face regional challenges including terrorism.
Ayaz Sadiq said the government is committed to root out the menace of terrorism from the country under National Action Plan (NAP).
He strongly condemned recent terrorist attacks in Ankara and Istanbul and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families. The Turkish speaker appreciated Pakistan’s contribution to global peace.
He underlined the need for strengthening bilateral relations in diverse fields for the benefit of the peoples.
