JI to protest against judicial killing in Bangladesh

ISLAMABAD: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan Ameer, Senator Sirajul Haq on Friday announced to stage a protest on April 3, 2016 in the federal capital Islamabad against judicial killings in Bangladesh.

Sirajul Haq while addressing participants of public gathering in Gulzar-e-Quaid – Rawalpindi said that the protest will be lodged in Islamabad against death sentence of JI Bangladesh Ameer Motiur Rahman Nizami over his dedication to Pakistan.

The JI Ameer expressed sorrow and condemned the criminal silence of Pakistani government over the matter. He also announced to run a constitutional and legal movement for eradication of corruption and establishment of Shariah laws across Pakistan.

The public meeting was attended by a large number of JI activists and leaders organised at Gulzar-e-Quaid of Rawalpindi here on Friday. On the occasion, JI Naib Ameer Mian Muhammad Aslam, district chief Shamsur Rehman Swati, vice-presidents Syed Uzair Hamid, Raza Ahmed Shah, secretary information Malik Muhammad Azam, Ulema-o-Masha`ikh Rabita Council Punjab president Maulana Abdul Jaleel Naqshbandi and various other leaders were also present.

While talking to journalists after the public meeting, Sirajul Haq said that ineligibility of the rulers supported corruption to circular in each institution of Pakistan. He said corrupt persons were also present in the current government which completely damaged system of the country.

He said the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) provided clean chit to culprits involved in corruption of Rs20 crore after receiving Rs5 lakh.

While commenting over martyrdom of Mumtaz Qadri, JI Ameer said that funeral prayer of Qadri has proved that nationals of Pakistan are ready to sacrifice their lives over any blasphemy move against Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him.

During the press meeting, he demanded the government to raise matter related to Indian spy agent, Kulbhushan Yadav, on international level.

Sirajul Haq urged need of wide-scale movement for establishment of Islamic system in Pakistan which is the only solution to get rid of every problem.
