Govt likely to lift up petroleum prices by Rs4

ISLAMABAD: The federal government is likely to increase petroleum prices by Rs4 for the month of April 2016, as the Oil and Gas  Regularity Authority (OGRA) recommended to lift up the fuel prices in its summery to Petroleum Ministry, said sources.

The OGRA has recommended to increase petrol prices by Rs3.07 per liter, High Speed Diesel by Rs1.52,  Kerosene Oil by Rs3.97, High Octane by Rs4.65 and Light Diesel by Rs4.88 per liter.

The final decision will be taken by the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
