World T20: New Zealand set Australia 143 runs target

DHARAMSALA: New Zealand set a 143-run target for Australia in World T20 match, played at at Dharamsala, India on Friday.

New Zealand opener Martin Guptill was the top scorer with 39 runs,  while all-rounder Grant Elliott and captain Kane Williamson also chip in with 27 and 24 runs respectively to take Black Caps to 142/8.

For Australia, Glenn Maxwell and James Faulkner bagged two wickets each to restrict New Zealand to a below-par total.
