BADIN: The Election Commission of Pakistan has written a letter to the DG Ranger Maj General Bilal to provide troops to ensure security for the polls to take place on March 15.
Security for polling in 37 stations at PS-59 will be on high alert. The seat was won by Pakistan People’s Party candidate Mohammad Nawaz Chandio in the May 2013 general election. Mr Chandio’s victory was challenged by his rival PML-N candidate Mohammad Ismail Rahu.
