WASHINGTON: Search engine giant Google once again snatched the spot light ahead of Cricket’s big even as the search engine marks the beginning of World T20 with a Doodle.
A cricket stadium is sketched out to celebrate the beginning. Using geometrical figures such as circles, triangles, squares and rectangles along with solid primary colours with a tint of grey and brown are used in the doodle.
It is simple in nature, yet carries the spirit of the game and supports the theme.
Doodle exhibits two teams playing cricket, while the audience is cheering them.
Google has used a big banner to display GOOGLE in the background. When you click on the doodle it directs you to the search page showing the match schedule and other information related to T20 world Cup.
