Karachi Police filed a case against 24 Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) affiliates including leaders and its supremo Altaf Hussain in Malir City police station of the metropolis under Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) and Telegraph Act.
The case was filed over complaint of Dilawar Khan over unethical speech of MQM chief Altaf Hussain, police said.
According to report, the case registration number is 40/2016 which nominated several MQM leaders including Farooq Sattar, Ameenul Haque, Amir Khan, Haider Abbas Rizvi, Khawaja Izharul Hassan and others.
