A petition has been filled in Supreme Court of Pakistan to remove Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday.
In the petition it is stated that an on duty serviceman should be appointed in place of Qamar Zaman Chaudhry.
The President, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid, 14 people, including opposition leader Syed Khurshid Shah, Secretary Ministry of Law, Ministry of Defense, Secretary Establishment, Chairman Qamar Zaman Chaudhry has been made party in the petition.
