Democrat Hillary Clinton has won most states in the biggest day of the race for US presidential nominations, as she bags victories in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Arkansas, Texas and Massachusetts.
Republican Donald Trump has moved to second spot in the elections with victories in Alabama, Georgia, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Virginia and Arkansas.
Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia were among the states where both triumphed. Trump was defeated by Ted Cruz in Texas and Oklahoma.
Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders won Oklahoma and his home state of Vermont.
