ISLAMABAD: National Command Authority (NCA) on Wednesday said that Pakistan competent to become the part of Nuclear Supplier Group.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif chaired the National Command Authority (NCA) meeting. The meeting expressed its satisfaction on the security of atomic assets. The meeting review the amendment bill that will be produced in the Nuclear Security Conference next month in Washington.
Prime Minister said in the meeting that Pakistan will maintain minimum nuclear deterrence for security purposes. He said that they supported strategic patience in the region.
Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and all heads of the forces were present in the meeting.
