NAWABSHAH: Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah here on Tuesday said that security agencies has arrested four suspected terrorists involved in Karachi Safoora Goth bus attack that killed 47 Ismaili community members.
Speaking at a ceremony in Nawabshah on Tuesday, Chief Minister Shah said that the arrests were made in Karachi.
“Those held were involved in planning the gruesome attack,” he added. At least 45 members of the Ismaili community, including 13 women, were killed when six gunmen attacked their bus near Safoora Chowrangi on May 13.
The chief minister said that the investigation is underway from the arrested terrorists. He said that the arrested terrorists have confessed to the crime. He said that the arrested terrorists would be presented before the media tomorrow.
