KARACHI: The Administrative Judge of Anti-Terrorists Courts (ATCs) has granted 90-day preventive detention of Uzair Baloch to the Rangers custody here on Saturday.
The Rangers personnel produced notorious alleged gangster Uzair Baloch before the Administrative Judge of ATCs and sought permission for 90 days preventative detention under section 11-EEEE of Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) which was granted by the court.
The alleged gangster of Lyari Uzair Baloch was arrested in the wee hours on Saturday from the suburbs of the metropolis by Rangers on the charges of target killings, extortion and other heinous crimes.
