RAWALPINDI: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Saturday (today) said noose has been tightened around the terrorists and they are now targeting soft targets in utter desperation.
The Interior Minister was talking to a public gathering in Kallar Syedan, he said that the war on terrorism will be won at all costs to make the country a cradle of peace.
He said the terrorists want to drive a wedge in the society through acts of terrorism and it is the responsibility of the entire nation and the political parties to give a message of unity and unwavering commitment to defeat the terrorists.
Nisar said overall law and order has improved since the launch of operation against terrorism. He said we will further gear up efforts against the terrorists who have maligned the name of Islam through their nefarious acts.
The government is determined to wipe out terrorism and militancy from Pakistan and the operations will continue till all the terrorists are eliminated, he added.
