ISTANBUL: At least 10 people were killed and 15 wounded in a suspected terrorist attack on Tuesday in the main tourist hub of Turkey s largest city Istanbul, officials said.
A powerful blast rocked the Sultanahmet neighbourhood which is the main tourist attractions place in the city.
A witness told news agency that the blast was very highly huge which was heard in nearly regions of Istanbul.
Police and Rescue teams rushed to the side and sealed the area.
The initial reports suggest 10 people lost their lives which have been identified while injuries have been transferred to near hospitals of the area.
