ISLAMABADl: President Mamnoon Hussain has directed the concerned authorities to take steps for bringing reforms in education and health sector in FATA.
This he said while attending a briefing in Islamabad on provision of Health and Education facilities in FATA. He said that steps should be taken to increase enrollment of children in schools in Tribal Areas.
Later, addressing as chief guest at the prize distribution ceremony of Pakistan Gold Medal Golf Championship 2015, the President urged the need of promoting sports in the country.
He said that healthy activities discourage youth from indulging in negative pursuits and help in promoting a healthy society.
Mamnoon Hussain said that like politics, economy and defence, sports are equally important for creating healthy atmosphere.
