LAHORE: An application has been logged in Lahore High Court (LHC) against airing vulgar dramas and films on private TV channels, as court ordered to PEMRA to submit the answer in two weeks.
The applicant stated that airing vulgar dramas and films are violation of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) rules.
Applicant seek ban on airing such vulgar content and take action against those channels who violate PEMRA rules.
The court accepting the application ordered PEMRA to submit an answer with in two weeks.
