KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday again issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain and other senior leaders of the party including nominated Karachi mayor Waseem Akhtar over allegations of delivering anti-state and provocative speeches.
The other party leader included in the warrant are Farooq Sattar, Khushbakht Shujaat, Rasheed Godil, Qamar Mansoor and 20 others. The warrants were issued for January 15.
The political leaders are accused of delivering or facilitating provocative speeches against the state.
It is pertinent to mention here that the court earlier issued the warrants for January 2.
