A new controversy has erupted in Pakistan team’s fitness camp, as team management unhappy over Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) decision of releasing players from the camp for domestic match.
As per details, PCB has released eight players from the camp to play Quaid-e-Azam Trophy final in Karachi under flood lights.
Management said these twenty20 (T20) player need fitness training amid upcoming New Zealand tour and World T20 in India.
The management said international cricket can’t be sacrificed for domestic matches.
The released players includes, Mohammad Hafeez, Azhar Ali, Wahab Riaz, Umar Akmal, Mohammad Rizwan, Sohaib Maqsood, and Sharjil Khan.
