KARACHI: A high level meeting chaired by Director General (DG) Rangers Major General Bilal Akbar to review situation of Karachi and rangers special authorities.
The meeting is headed by DG Rangers in which all high level officials are present who took part in Karachi operation so far.
The meeting was chaired to review situation of Karachi and Rangers special authorities which were given by government of Sindh.
It is pertinent to mention here that the special powers of the law enforcement agency expired on December 5 after four months extension.
Ranger requested the provincial government for the extension which will be decided after Sindh Assembly session.
But two sessions were already held by the assembly and extension bill is not presented yet.
