Imran Farooq murder case: FIA gets remand of three accused

ISLAMABAD: Court on Friday sent the three accused, involved in Doctor Imran Farooq assassination, in Federal Investigations Agency custody for one day interim remand.

The three alleged accused in Imran Farooq murder case, Moazzam Ali Khan, Mohsin Ali and Khalid Shameem were brought to the court in strict security.

Earlier, The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Saturday registered a case against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain and other party leaders in the murder of former MQM leader Dr Imran Farooq. The case, filed by FIA’s counter-terrorism wing in Islamabad.
