KARACHI: Election Commission of Pakistan Secretary Babar Yaqoob on Saturday urged the Karachiites to come out and cast their votes
He said that polling process was underway peacefully in all 18 districts of Punjab and Sindh. The secretary said that the Rangers assisting the ECP. He was expected heavy turnout in the third phase of LG polls.
