Raza Rabbani for unity of national institutions

LAHORE: Chairman Upper House Raza Rabbani said that all institutions should be united to pursue national priorities to put country on path of prosperity.

While addressing a ceremony in Lahore, Rabbani said that Parliament will get supremacy in establishment. He urged opening of dialogues between national institutions besides establishment of strong coordination. The Senate Chairman said that experience of National Security Council (NSC) during Musharraf’s era was failed.

He claimed that supporting Taliban insurgents to end influence of India in Afghanistan would be beneficials. He urged that it is necessary to fight and eliminate Taliban in order to security ideology of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah which rejected extremism and sectarianism in Pakistan.
