DUBAI: Renowned construction company Kleindienst Group has planned to built 42 floating luxury villas in Dubai.
The company planned to build three-story luxury villas in Dubai. One portion of the building will be under the water while rest of two stories will be over the water. These villas will float on the water like a boat and could be shift from one place to another.
The company decided to build 42 villas initially and its prices were to be decided. The company’s Chief Executive Joseph Kleindienst said the project will be completed till next year. He said that people would like these luxury villas.
