JI-PTI rally concludes before Idara Noor-e-Haq

The political rally organised by coalition partners in Karachi, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), concluded before JI central office Idara Noor-e-Haq on Saturday night.

The joint rally was commenced from Jinnah International Airport Karachi just after arrival of JI and PTI chiefs Sirajul Haq and Imran Khan. As per announced route, the rally was scheduled to conclude on Mazar-e-Quaid Karachi.

Announcement to conclude the rally was made by PTI chief Imran Khan while PTI leader Imran Ismail said that the rally was ended up following request of local administration due to closure of Mazar-e-Quaid for public following security concerns.

The rally was participated by thousands of JI and PTI activists in the presence of local and provincial leaders of both political parties which made coalition for the LG polls coming this December.

JI and PTI chiefs landed in the metropolis to pay special visit to Karachi in connection with upcoming LG election to be held on December 5, 2015. A joint rally is organised by both political parties which are already in coalition partnership in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government. The top political leaders of JI and PTI will deliver their addresses on different parts of the Karachi including Shahrah Faisal, Millenium Mall, Hassan Square, Patel Para and Mazar-e-Quaid.
