Former district governor in southern Uruzgan province Juma Khan was hanged till death by Afghan Taliban, local media reported on Saturday.
As per details, the Taliban stormed in his house of the ex-governor of Khas Oruzgan District, dragged him out on gun point and took him to an undisclosed location last night. Following the incident the family member reported to police.
Noor Agha Kamran, spokesman for the police headquarters of Oruzgan says Juma Khan was later hang from a tree in Kala Khor area of Khas Oruzgan District.
Taliban have not yet commented on the report but they have carried out such executions in the past.
