Sirajul Haq condemns hanging of Bangladeshi opposition leaders

Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq and general secretary Liaqat Baloch condemned the hanging of Bangladeshi opposition leaders.

In a statement they said, opposition leaders Salahuddin Quader Chowdhury and Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mujahi were executed over supporting Pakistan.

On this occasion, Liaqat Baloch said on behalf of Indian lobby, Bangladeshi government is taking revenge from political opponent.

It is pertinent to mention here that two Bangladeshi opposition leaders Salahuddin Quader Chowdhury and Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mujahid have been executed for war crimes committed during the 1971 independence struggle against Pakistan.
