Jaffar Express: Death toll reaches 13, over 100 injured

The quick response force of Frontier Corps (FC) and two Mi 17 helicopters have arrived to take part in the rescue operation of Jaffar express derailment.

As per details, at least 13 people including driver were dead while at least 100 people sustain injuries when four coaches of the train derailed near Bolan.

The train was on its way to Rawalpindi from Quetta.

The bodies and the injured were shifted to nearest hospital for medical assistance.

Traffic on the track was suspended after the incident while the rescue work is still underway with FC personnel and others taking part in the operation.
