Additional district and session judicial complex on Friday issued non-bailable arrest warrants of 34 activists of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).
Additional district and session judge issued the non-bailable arrest warrants against 34 proclaimed offenders belonging to the political party and directed to present the accused on May 15, 2015.
The development was made after resuming hearing of dissected cases under National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) issued by the former President of Pakistan, General Pervez Musharraf, on October 5, 2007.
Accused persons include Nadeem alias Marble, Kamran alias Panda, Azeem alias Chota, Akram alias Kaana, Naeem Memon, Naeem alias Munna, Riaz alias Chacha and others.
Moreover, the court also sent notices to the Station House Officers (SHOs) of Baldia Town, Orangi Town and Saeedabad police stations.
