Chairman Upper House, Raza Rabbani, praised services of Mufti Mehmood by saying that he was honourable religious and political personality for all as he played vital role in preparation of 1973’s constitution.
He said that deteriorated situation was created in the country which led institutions to face off another institution and the conspiracy brought one political party before another political party.
