ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Friday suspended the hearing of former president Pervez Musharrf’s application seeking withdrawal of arrest warrant, due to Judge’s vacation.
The hearing of the case was suspended due to judge Sohail Ikram is on vacation.
It is pertinent to mention here that, the court ordered to arrest former Chief of Army Staff and present him before the court after his prosecutor failed to submit the medical report.
