ISLAMABAD: Federal Information Minister Pervez Rashid has said that rescue is the first step in natural disasters and they were trying to provide quick relief to the quake hit victims.
while addressing to the media in Islamabad, he said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had directed to all the institutions to provide every possible relief to the quack victims.
