ISLAMABAD: The process of filing nomination papers for local bodies elections in Islamabad will begin on Monday.
Scrutiny of nomination papers will be conducted from November 1 to 4 while appeals about them could be filed on November 5 and 6. Appeals will be disposed of between Nov 7 and 9.
Candidates can withdraw their candidature on the 10th of the next month and final list of contesting candidates with symbols allotted to them will be published the following day.
Polling for the local government elections in Islamabad will be held on the 30th of the next month while results will be declared on the 3rd of December.
