Complete shutdown being observed in IOK today

SRINAGAR: A complete shutdown is being observed across Indian occupied Kashmir, today (Monday), against the killing of a Kashmiri trucker by fanatic Hindus in Udhampur district of Jammu region.

As per details, call for the strike has been given by Syed Ali Gilani, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, trade bodies and Kashmiri Pandits’ organisation Sangrash Simiti and supported by all Hurriyet leaders and organisation.

Truck driver Zahid Rasool Butt, who was set at fire by Hindu goons in Udhampur district of Jammu region on October 9, succumbed on Sunday, triggering massive protests in his native village in south Kashmir.
