Islamabad police and Rangers raided premises of Noon, Sabzi Mandi police stations and its suburban areas where they arrested 26 suspected persons besides recovering weaponry and narcotics in the federal capital of Pakistan.
Wide-scale search operation was commenced in connection with security measures to be made during Muharram-ul-Haram over special directives of Inspector General (IG) Police Islamabad .
During the search operations, security personnel arrested 26 suspects and recovered weaponry and narcotics. The arrested persons were shifted to undisclosed location for further investigation.
