KABUL: 13 Afghan police personnel gunned down by Talban in Badakhshan, Afghanistan. Taliban attacked on police check posts in Warduj district of Badakhshan.
Officials said that Talban hit the check posts although peace talks were being carried out between Talban and Afghan delegations. The early morning attack leave at least 13 police personnel dead. Talban had killed 18 soldiers in the province a week ago in a similar attack.
