KARACHI: Director-General (DG) Rangers Sindh, Major-General Bilal Akbar, praised efforts of trade community for standing against criminal elements in Karachi.
Maj. Gen. Bilal Akbar while addressing to trade community in Karachi welcomed support of traders and businessmen for security forces busy in eliminating terrorism and criminal factors in the metropolis.
Akbar said that security forces are carrying on indiscriminate action against criminals, terrorists, extremists and their facilitators. He said that several hideouts of the criminals were destroyed during ongoing Karachi Operation.
He added that whole nation is united for implementation of the National Action Plan. He appreciated efforts of traders for continuing business activities despite having threats. He also acknowledged vital role of police for establishment of peace in the metropolis.
Akbar announced that citizens could register their complaints any time on Rangers’ help line.
