BRAZZAVILLE: The Republic of Congo will ban on women’s face veils and non-residents accommodation in mosques.
Congo Islamic High Council President El Hadj Djibril Bopaka said the government is going to ban on face veils to prevent extremist violence. He said that the government would also ban non-residents accommodation in mosques in order to encourage refugees to register with police. In Congo more than 90 percent people are Christian and 10 are Muslim and others.
