Bilawal lashes out against Punjab govt

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Saturday criticised that the Punjab rulers are not more than a severe disaster who deprived common man from their rights. He reiterated that PPP is the heir of martyrs but it is still facing terrorism charges.

Bilawal was addressing to participants of Workers’ Convention in Lahore. He alleged that Lahore has been handed over to ‘aides of terrorists’. He added that a common man is dying of hungers but Punjab rulers are gifting them Metro buses. He alleged that farmers are deprived of their basic rights. Bilawal claimed that he is son of Benazir Bhutto who never ever put behind farmers.

He said that there is a policy difference between ruling Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and PPP. He alleged that the rulers are damages economy of the country as Rs23 tax imposed on per litre petrol, whereas, national entities are being sold out.

PPP chairman questioned for keeping closed eye by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) over closure of Nandipur Power Project. He claimed that Operation Zarb-e-Azb was started since seven years but it is not a recent operation.
