MUMBAI: Police have filed an First Information Report (FIR) against former Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli and his wife over allegation mistreatment of maid.
The maid alleged that she asked for her salary for which, she was beaten up and imprisoned in a room for three days.
She was released and was told never to come back. In the report, she has alleged that her salary has not been paid for two years.
The maid said that she has been working with them and also living in their house for the past two years. Police have filed a case against Kambli and Andrea under IPC sections 342, 504, 506 and 34.
